Wrexham have released their new home shirt, titled ‘The Red One’ and the promo behind it is excellent. Here is the inside of the club shop fully stocked with the new shirts:

But it was the video boasting 653,000 plays on TikTok that first wowed me to the shirt. A great way to promote a shirt:

@wrexham_afc Our Co-Chairmen suggested a “classic” look. We agreed, until we realised they meant epaulets, cuff-links and tails. Our partners at @tiktok, @expedia, macron, and our new partner, @vista, look great on the shirts, though! #WxmAFC @Rob McElhenney @vancityreynolds ♬ original sound - Wrexham AFC

Another noticeable difference to the shirt is the separate sleeve sponsors with the men’s and women’s shirts. As seen below, the women team have Betty Buzz as a two-year sleeve sponsor, whereas the men’s team have VistaPrint:

They are reasonably priced at the club’s store, as the press release reports: “Crafted from Macron’s EcoFabric, the shirt also features TikTok on the front and Expedia on the back, and is on sale now. The red kit costs £44.95 in adult sizes, £37.50 in children’s sizes and £29.99 for baby sizes.”
